Michael McDonald is an Assistant Professor of Government and Politics in the Department of Public and International Affairs at George Mason University and a Visiting Fellow at the Brookings Institution. His research focuses on voting behavior, redistricting, Congress, American political development, and political methodology; topics of recent work have included voter turnout and voter fraud.
