Daniel Tokaji is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law and the Associate Director of Election Law @ Moritz. His current research focuses on the intersection between election reform and the Voting Rights Act of 1965; this work is incorporated into his "Equal Vote" blog as well.
