Security Analysis of the Diebold AccuVote-TS Voting Machine (PDF)
In a new study, computer scientists at Princeton University conducted a complete hardware and software analysis of a Diebold AccuVote-TS direct recording electronic (DRE) voting machine and discovered a number of troublesome issues. To resolve these problems, the authors argue, hardware and software changes are needed, as is the adoption of more rigorous election administration procedures.
