As voting by mail and absentee voting have become increasingly widespread, new and distinct questions about ballot integrity, security, and adminstration have arisen. A new report from Project Vote highlights a number of these potential issues and lays out a series of recommendations to ensure that ballots cast outside polling places are sent to the right voters, filled out by those voters, and returned and counted properly.
