From Registration to Recounts: The Election Ecosystems of Five Midwestern States
Because many aspects of election administration in the United States are dictated by the laws of individual states and counties, there are important lessons to be learned from looking closely at other jurisdictions. A new, exhaustive study by researchers at Ohio State examines all aspects of the administration systems of five Midwestern states and makes recommendations for reform on both the micro- and macro-levels.
