Maintenance of State Voter Registration Lists (PDF)
This NASS document provides a state-level review of voter registration list maintenance practices. It reviews states’ efforts at maintaining registration lists in four areas: verifying information on applications, identifying voters who have moved out of the state, creating criteria for removing names from the list, and finding voters who are no longer eligible to vote.
